Quality control is not only about manufacturing the equipment, but also about checking every detail before delivery.
For a recent inspection lift project, we supplied a 7.5kW three-phase AC motor. During the electrical control box wiring process, our original requirement was to use 4mm² cable for the relevant power circuit. However, the electrician mistakenly installed 2.5mm² cable instead.
The customer identified this issue during inspection, and we acknowledge that this was our responsibility. The wiring did not match our original specification, and we should have checked it more carefully before delivery.
To address the problem, the customer was asked to replace the relevant short cable sections with the correct wiring, ensuring that the electrical connections could be reviewed and corrected according to the intended design.
This experience reminds us that even small wiring details deserve careful inspection. Cable size, electrical protection, terminal connections, and motor requirements all need to be checked as part of the overall quality control process.
