2. Products All residential lifts and lifting equipment are custom-made to order. Product specifications, dimensions, and configurations are confirmed with the customer prior to production. Once an order is confirmed, changes may not be possible.
3. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated
- Full payment or a deposit may be required before production begins
- We reserve the right to update pricing without prior notice
4. Order Confirmation An order is confirmed only after payment is received and written confirmation is sent by BEACON INDUSTRIES LTD. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors or product unavailability.
5. Shipping and Delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on production schedules and logistics
- Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
6. Installation Installation services, where applicable, must be arranged separately. BEACON INDUSTRIES LTD is not liable for damages resulting from improper installation by third parties.
7. Warranty Our products come with a manufacturer's warranty. Please contact us at info@beaconlifter.com for warranty details specific to your product.
8. Limitation of Liability BEACON INDUSTRIES LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
