2. Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured in China and exported worldwide. We are a UK-registered company (Beacon Industries Ltd) with experience serving clients across Europe, the UK, Australia, and beyond.
3. What is the lead time for delivery?
Lead times vary depending on the product and destination. Typically, production takes 2–4 weeks after order confirmation, followed by shipping. Please contact us for a specific delivery estimate for your location.
4. Do you offer custom specifications?
Yes. Many of our products can be customised in terms of load capacity, platform size, lift height, and power supply. Please submit a custom quote request and our engineering team will respond within 2 business days.
5. What is included in the listed price?
All listed prices are ex-factory (EXW) prices. Shipping, import duties, and installation costs are not included. Please contact us for a full landed cost estimate to your location.
6. Do you provide installation support?
We provide detailed installation manuals and technical drawings with every order. Remote technical support is available via email and video call. On-site installation services may be available depending on your location — please enquire.
7. What warranty do your products come with?
Our products come with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Wear parts and consumables are not covered. Extended warranty options are available upon request.

9. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as bank transfers for large orders. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
