1. Custom Shipping Quotes Due to the size, weight, and custom nature of our residential lifts and lifting equipment, shipping costs cannot be calculated automatically at checkout. All shipping fees are quoted separately based on the following factors:
- Product dimensions and weight
- Delivery destination and accessibility
- Required delivery method (standard freight, crane, or specialist transport)
2. How to Get a Shipping Quote After placing your order, our team will contact you within 2 business days to provide a shipping quote. Your order will not be dispatched until the shipping fee is confirmed and paid.
3. Delivery Timeframes
- Production lead time: 4–8 weeks depending on the product and specifications
- Delivery after production: 1–2 weeks depending on destination
- All timeframes are estimates and may vary due to logistics or customs delays

5. Delivery Requirements
- Customer must ensure adequate access for delivery vehicles
- A responsible adult must be present to receive the delivery
- Any additional costs due to failed delivery attempts will be charged to the customer
6. Damage During Shipping Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. Any damage must be reported to us within 48 hours with photos. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
