Refund and Return Policy

Custom Products All products offered by BEACON INDUSTRIES LTD, including residential lifts and lifting equipment, are custom-made to order. Therefore, all confirmed custom orders are non-cancellable and non-returnable.

Eligibility for Refunds Refund requests will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect or quality issue
  • The product received does not match the agreed specifications
  • The refund request is submitted within 7 business days of delivery

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Returns requested for personal reasons after a custom order is confirmed
  • Refund requests submitted after installation is complete
  • Issues arising from incorrect dimensions or specifications provided by the customer

Refund Process

  1. Email us at info@beaconlifter.com with a description of the issue and supporting photos
  2. We will respond within 3 business days
  3. Upon approval, refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method

Shipping and Installation Fees Shipping and installation fees are non-refundable.
